Come & make your own Upcycled Christmas Decorations with girlwithbeads & Fabrications!

Re-Design Christmas Craft Club - Upcycled Christmas Decorations

Fabrications Festive Craft Club evenings see Barley Massey and guests showing different creative and resourceful crafting ideas so that you can not only make unique, personalised gifts and decorations, save a few quid but we also guarantee you will have lots of fun with others doing it!

This evening the focus is on recycling those old plastic bags in a variety of ways. Rebecca Alderman (who creates quirky upcycled fashion accessories under the name of 'girlwithbe
ads') will show you how to make a weather proof Christmas wreath for your door. And the good thing about it is that you'll be able to re use it year after year!

Barley will show you how to make Plastic bag yarn or 'plarn' as it's known in the business and a variety of fun ways to use it - snowball pom pom decorations and giant french knitted garlands. Once you get going you'll find the possibilities of re using the humble plastic bag are endless!

To help get into the festive spirit mulled wine (or plain wine or juice) with mince pies will be served.

Wednesday 28th November - 6 - 9pm
